Summer competition is here!

We are super excited to have you all join us for the 2025 Summer Competition – the aim for the comp is FUN FUN FUN!!

Competition Dates

Monday October 20^th – Monday 8^th December 2025

Grades

Teams must nominate in one of the grades in the following groups. Grades within Juniors and Intermediates may be combined if needed.

•       Juniors - Year 2/3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6      

•       Intermediates – Years 7 & 8 and Year 9 & 10

•       Womens – Year 11 and above  

•       Mixed – ages 15+

Registration Fees

Fees for the season are $88 per player. Once nominations close, teams will be issued with a PlayHQ link to register.

For those who did not register in a winter competition (as a player or non-official), a capitation (insurance) fee will also be charged $45 plus a $4.49 digital subscription fee.

Rules and Reminders

• Teams must provide one umpire in an ‘umpire-your-own’ format.

• Games are centrally timed from the pavilion.

• No scoring.

• No finals.

• Canteen facilities will be available. 

• Gender:

  • up to the age of 12, there is no limit to the numbers of boys allowed on the court.

  • 13- and 14-year-old boys are permitted to play in the year 7/8 division however only mixed rules apply of one male in each third of the court (max one in GS/GA, max one in WA, C or WD, max one in GD or GK).

  • Boys 15 years and over must only play in the mixed competition.

• Fill in are welcome from any of the Summer Comp teams, or any players that were registered with Arawang in Winter 2025.

• Players must be registered to take the court.
